Overthinking can also send you going down the rabbit hole of negative thoughts.

See if you can catch those thoughts and change them into something that serves you one moment at a time. #reminders

If you’re going through challenges that you cannot always control, remind yourself to breathe and be more patient with yourself. There are so many things that you cannot control. You have to keep reminding yourself to focus on the things that you can control…and it is work-in-progress.

Sometimes, the reality is that your work day may be interrupted by things beyond your control and you may have to be more flexible to keep your focus on the things that you want. It can be challenging if you absorb other people’s energy and take it on. You may be affected by other people’s fears and anxieties, so do your best to keep the focus on yourself to take extra self-care when the challenges just seem like they aren’t going to end. Know that you’re not alone.
