Change work is not always the easiest thing or the most comfortable thing to invest in. You have to want to get better and face your inner fears. You have to get out of your own way and believe in yourself.
Being willing to let go of all the things that aren’t serving you takes a lot of courage and strength. You have to want to do the work, as no one is going to do it for you.
Consider what you’re saying to yourself. Do you believe that you can change? Are you overwhelming yourself and repeating all the ways that things won’t work or are you looking for solutions? Are you stronger than your excuses? #change #reminders
