How can you support yourself even more at this moment?

I’ve had a lot of conversations lately with people not feeling like they ‘know enough’ in their jobs/careers.

Supporting yourself looks like giving yourself more self-compassion and trust in knowing that ‘all you need is within you now.’

It can sound like:

➡ I can figure this out. I don’t know exactly what to do right now and that’s ok because I’m willing to put in the effort.
➡ I’m learning through doing. Every day, I’m learning a little more every day.
➡ I’m releasing the self-judgment and showing more kindness within.
➡ I haven’t had the practice of learning (fill in the blank) skills. I can give myself more of a break, knowing that with practice, I will get better.
