Peach and Strawberry Smoothie

Happy Monday!

A few things that have been helping me recently:

  1. Reading — even if it’s just a few pages every day, it’s been helpful for me to pick up a physical book to decompress. I’ve been picking titles within personal development and health/wellness.
  2. Smoothies — as the weather’s been warming up, I’ve been getting back to making my own smoothies filled with seasonal fruit to help with post-workouts.
  3. Meditation music — listening to meditation music before I fall asleep. Usually for 20 minutes; it’s been helping to calm my mind down.
  4. Journaling — morning and night for a few moments. I’ve been doing this on the weekdays, though not as consistent on the weekends.
