The things that people don’t talk about when you are burnt out…

1. It’s not your fault. Check to see if the system that you are in, your teams, and your environment are all supporting you or if they are not. If they’re not, see where you can find greater alignment within yourself to find the support that you need.

2. Working long hours and working harder is not sustainable. How can you find ways to be better supported? Or better together? Where are there areas where you can release the pressure off yourself?

3. Who’s on your team to support you? When things are going well, this may be easy to answer. However, what happens when you need support and can’t find it? Instead of looking externally, how can you go deeper within to find these answers?
