This a reminder that it’s ok to ask for help.

Remember that it takes strength to admit, reach out and ask for help. If the other side doesn’t react positively, that is not on you. It is challenging to remember to not take it personally. You will find what you need. Keep doing what you need for yourself.

It can be challenging to intentionally tune and connect with yourself. It’s also very important to do this and to clear your channels so that you can better interact with the world.

Remember that you don’t need to be perfect, you just need to keep going, as challenging as it may be.

Creating the intention to let of things that are not serving you is so key. Creating clearer channels to receive information from a place of being true to who you are is also key. It may be tempting to compare to someone else’s journey, so if you find that you’re doing that, just come back to who you are and remember that you are on your own journey. #mondayreminders
