With all the ‘doing’ in everyday life, it can be really challenging to create space to hear what you really want for yourself (and not for anyone else).
Take the time to reflect and check in with yourself. What feels right?
What are you doing for self-care? Do the things that you need to do to keep growing and getting better.
What if you ask for what you truly want without the fear of being rejected? Following the direction that we truly feel aligned with may cause roadblocks along the way. We may doubt ourselves for wanting what we’re asking for. There may be so many thoughts from our conditioning to make us think that we don’t deserve what we’re asking for. Find the space to challenge these thoughts and ask yourself, “are they real?”
How do you vocalize what you really want in your career? Doing the inner work is challenging; trust and believe in the things that you can’t see. Believe in yourself.
